BROOKINGS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -The South Dakota State volleyball team completed an unbeaten Summit League season Tuesday night with a 3-0 sweep of North Dakota at First Bank & Trust Arena.
At 16-0 against conference opponents, SDSU is the first team to go undefeated in league action since 2019.
Set scores went 25-18, 25-14, 25-15. The Jackrabbits made quick work of the Fighting Hawks, finishing off the match in just one hour and 12 minutes. SDSU hit .349 for the match, the second best mark for the Jacks this season, with 48 kills and 13 errors on 83 swings. SDSU also aced UND seven times and had seven blocks as a team.
