With Harbor Springs City Manager Victor Sinadinoski set to depart on Dec. 16, police chief Kyle Knight will step in as interim city manager while the city conducts a search for a permanent replacement.
Sinadinoski submitted his letter of resignation to the Harbor Springs City Council on Tuesday, Oct. 28. He has been city manager since 2019.
"It has been an honor to serve this community for the past six-and-a-half years," Sinadinoski wrote in his letter of resignation. "With the direction and guidance of council, the dedicated and knowledgeable city staff have been able to advance many needed initiatives, projects, plans and policies. While much work lies ahead, the city is in an excellent position to tackle new and ongoing challenges."
