Line of Duty is set to make a triumphant return to BBC next year with an eagerly awaited seventh series - five years after a whopping 17 million viewers tuned in for the 2021 finale to uncover the identity of 'H'.
The hit police drama, featuring Adrian Dunbar, Vicky McClure and Martin Compston as the much-adored Ted Hastings, Kate Fleming and Steve Arnott, spins the tale of the fictional anti-corruption police unit AC-12, tasked with investigating corrupt officers.
In the upcoming series, the unit has been overhauled and rebranded as the Inspectorate of Police Standards, and the plot will see the team and their colleagues faced with their most sensitive case yet - at a time when tackling corruption has never been more challenging.
