DUNLAP, Tenn. (WDEF) – A multi-vehicle accident in Dunlap sends multiple victims with serious injuries to the hospital.

On Tuesday at 5 PM, Dunlap Fire Department was dispatched to a multi-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwy 8 and Hwy 111 on Cagle Mountain.

Three victims with serious injuries were transported to emergency rooms.

One victim had to be extricated from the car and was flown to the nearest hospital by air medical helicopter.

One patient was transported by Puckett EMS and the other by Van Buren County EMS. \

There is currently no additional information on the injuries. Further information will be released by Tennessee Highway Patrol.
