The Death of Bunny Munro debuts on Sky Atlantic on November 20 , with the series, from the team behind Baby Reindeer , featuring Doctor Who star Matt Smith in the lead role. Bunny Munro is portrayed as a misogynistic middle-aged salesman who embarks on a road trip across Sussex with his son Bunny Junior (Rafael Mathé) following his wife's suicide.

Simultaneously, a serial killer is at large in the region. The six-episode series was announced in November 2023, with Smith and Cave both serving as executive producers. Cave, renowned as frontman of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, published the original novel in 2009.
