Now that Wyc Grousbeck is no longer the lead owner of the Boston Celtics following its record $6.1 billion sale, the billionaire and his spouse, Emilia Fazzalari, may be spending more time in the Hamptons.
That’s where they just paid a grand $58 million for a modern beach mansion, Gimme Shelter has learned exclusively.
The oceanfront estate, at 165 Surfside Drive in Bridgehampton, was built in 2024. It first asked $79.99 last year and was last asking $69.99 million.
The seller is celebrity developer Joe Farrell, who owns nearby 155 Surfside, which had once been on the market for $125 million.
“Just imagine the parties they could throw!” quipped one broker who’s familiar with both homes.
