The U.S. House voted overwhelmingly Tuesday in favor of a bill to direct the Justice Department to publicly release its files on the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, following months of intense opposition from President Donald Trump and GOP leaders. The measure passed on a 427-1 vote with five House members abstaining from votes.
