HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WDAM) - The University of Southern Miss used a balanced attack on Tuesday night to win 82-59 in the crosstown competition with William Carey University.

The Crusaders remained unbeaten on the season by treating the game as an exhibition.

Twelve Golden Eagles (2-3) scored as USM extended its winning streak streak to seven-straight in the Mayor’s Cup.

The Golden Eagles started the game by hitting 10 of their first 14 shots, quickly jumping to a double-digit lead
