New Delhi: WhatsApp is finally working on a feature that iPhone users have been asking for for years, the option to use more than one account on the same phone. Earlier, anyone who had two numbers had to switch between two devices or use the WhatsApp Business app as a backup option. That workaround never felt smooth, and many people found it inconvenient. Now, things are changing with the latest beta update.

Meta has started testing proper multi-account support through a new TestFlight beta build. People who have tried it say switching between accounts is much easier now. But there’s one limitation, the feature is only in the beta version at the moment. Regular App Store users will have to wait for it to arrive in the stable release.
