Three large warehouses located near Nashville International Airport, and one accommodating an Amazon fulfillment center, have sold to a Colorado-based investment titan for a collective $128.4 million.

The properties offer addresses of 101-111- 121 Air Park Center East .

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the new owner is an LLC seemingly affiliated with Denver-based Ares Wealth Management Solutions LLC. The company, the parent for which is Los Angeles-based global alternative investment manager Ares Management Corp., focuses on private investment and debt financing related to real estate.

Founded in 1997, Ares Management Corp. reports about $596 billion in assets under management, 4,200 employees and 60 offices.
