While out getting things ready for a trip, a Florida woman’s heart dropped when she got an unexpected text from her neighbor, letting her know that the front door was wide-open.
Theresa, who lives with her children and husband Tom, received a text from neighbor Juliana while she was at a pumpkin patch with her toddler. The front door of their house was wide-open, no cars were in the driveway, and she wasn’t sure anyone was home. A photo accompanied the message—showing the family’s front door ajar.
