CINCINNATI —
One of the people injured in the balcony collapse at a condominium complex near the University of Cincinnati's campus remains in the hospital a month later.

Fire officials say an 8x12 porch had collapsed from the weight of too many people, falling about 20 feet to the pavement.
One person suffered life-threatening injuries, five others had “serious” injuries and four people had minor injuries.
According to UC Health, one of the people injured remains in the hospital in stable condition.
A lawsuit has been filed against the condominium complex.
