FRAMINGHAM, Mass. —

A pedestrian was seriously injured Wednesday when they were struck by a vehicle in Framingham, Massachusetts.

The crash happened at about 9:52 a.m. at the corner of Concord Street, which is Route 126, and Gorman Street across from Framingham District Court. From Sky 5, an orange tricycle could be seen, and the intersection was taped off.

Police said the pedestrian sustained serious injuries.

Police confirmed a pickup surrounded in yellow police tape behind a lumber yard off nearby Hartford Street was involved.

The crash is under investigation.
