TEMPLE, Texas — The Temple Police Department has identified and charged the driver involved in the crash that sent a vehicle into a home on the 100 block of E Zenith Avenue.

Nazarion Anderson, 22, of Killeen faces two counts of collision involving serious bodily injury following the incident that left two people injured and caused extensive damage to a residence.

The two counts of collision involving serious bodily injury, a third-degree felony, carries potential penalties of two to 10 years in prison and fines up to $10,000 per count.

What Happened?

According to police, Anderson initially fled the scene after the vehicle left the roadway and struck the home, causing one of the exterior walls to partially collapse. He later returned to the scene.
