MADISON, Ala. - Bob Jones head football coach Kelvis White announced his retirement in a social media post on Wednesday morning.
A former defensive lineman at Alabama, White's head coaching career began at Dothan in 2008. White spent eight seasons with the Tigers, going 39-45 before he came to North Alabama.
In 2016, White took over as the head coach at Mae Jemison. In four seasons under White, the Jags went 25-20 and reached the playoffs every year.
White took over the Bob Jones program in 2020, posting a 29-35 record during his six seasons at the helm. The Patriots reached the playoffs four times during his run but failed to win any games in the postseason.
In his final season in Madison, Bob Jones finished 5-5.
