LAHORE:

Olympic gold medallist javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem and Asian Championship 2023 bronze medallist Yasir Sultan will be in action in the ongoing Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh at 11:05 pm tonight.

The javelin throw final will start at 11:05 pm Pakistani time.

Arshad and Yasir will be the center of attention in the javelin throw final at the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium.

Arshad won the gold medal and created games record last time with a throw of 88.55m in Konya in 2022.

There are only five other throwers in the competition besides the two Pakistanis.

It would be shocking if they do not get podium finishes as none of the other throwers have had a better throw than 79 metres.
