A woman has been charged over the alleged theft of more than £1,500 worth of sweets in Glasgow .
Between June 15 and November 16, ten incidents occurred at supermarkets within the city centre , where various sweets and chocolates were allegedly stolen
Following an investigation conducted by local officers and the Retail Crime Taskforce, a 25-year-old woman was arrested on Tuesday, November 18.
She was due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday, November 19.
