Seattle predator gets 30 years for plotting overseas child kidnapping and abuse

Former Seattle resident Richard Maness Jr. was sentenced to 30 years for directing the sexual abuse and kidnapping of children in Vietnam. Federal prosecutors say he planned to travel overseas for further abuse.
