BRECKSVILLE, Ohio — Masu Sushi , a minimalist new sushi bar built on sustainability and intention, opens Thursday, Nov. 20, in Brecksville’s growing Valor Acres development.
The restaurant, led by chef and co-owner Jacob “Jake” McDaniel, will offer two distinct experiences: carryout poke bowls for lunch and premium, chef-driven sushi for dinner. The permanent exterior sign is still awaiting city approval, but McDaniel says the team is ready to greet guests.
A split concept: fast casual by day, refined sushi by night opens as dinner-only. Lunch will follow in a few weeks.
