A decade after season 1 of The Night Manager premiered on AMC and BBC, the Emmy-winning series will finally return for a second season. Based on the 1993 novel by John le Carré, the British crime drama follows a hotel night manager Jonathan Pine (Tom Hiddleston), who’s recruited by intelligence officer Angela Burr (Olivia Colman) to investigate the inner workings of a powerful arms operation.

“It’s unlike any character I’ve ever played,” Hiddleston told British Vogue . “If somebody stops me in the street or I find myself at a social gathering, people will bring up The Night Manager . The association is really strong.”
