AUBURN — Demarcus Riddick won't see the field for Auburn football 's final two games of the 2025 season after undergoing a season-ending shoulder procedure during the Tigers' open week, interim head coach DJ Durkin said Wednesday, Nov. 19.
The sophomore linebacker was sidelined at Auburn practice this week, in street clothes with his arm in a sling.
"It's been frustrating for him, and to his credit, he's fought through it and really tried to do everything he's capable of each week," Durkin said. "He prepares well, does all the things he needs to do treatment-wise, and it's just one of those things where he's not been able to really overcome it. I think it shows it in his play, and he knows it, and he's frustrated by it."
Riddick played in all 10 of Auburn 's games this fall, t
