BOROUGH PARK — SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER Miriam Yarimi, 33, will serve three to nine years under a plea deal for an Ocean Parkway crash that killed Natasha Saada, 35, and her daughters, 5 and 8, and critically injured her 4-year-old son, in March of this year. Prosecutors said Yarimi – driving on a suspended license with more than $10,000 in violations – sped through a red light at 68 mph without braking, reports the New York Daily News .
Yarimi previously pleaded not guilty at her April court appearance. She has been held without bail. Sentencing is set for Wednesday.
The district attorney said the term fell short of what prosecutors sought, but “still sends a clear message” on reckless driving.
