A headteacher has paid tribute to an 11-year-old schoolgirl who died in a suspected drugs death earlier this week.
Olivia Curley passed away at the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow on November 17th after taking unwell at her family home in Helensburgh.
She was an S1 pupil at Hermitage Academy, and headteacher Douglas Morgan said the child's death deeply sad.
He said: "Olivia was a much-loved member of our school community and an important part of the P7 group at Hermitage Primary, who recently joined us at Hermitage Academy. Her loss is felt profoundly by staff, pupils, and families alike."
