EXCLUSIVE: Actor and writer Charlie Hall ( Monster: The Ed Gein Story , The Sex Lives of College Girls ) is developing the half-hour comedy series C-League with Alec Berg ( Barry, Silicon Valley ) and Amy Solomon ( Barry , Silicon Valley ) for Hulu . 20th Television , where Berg and Solomon are under an overall deal, is the studio.

C-League follows five best friends in their late 20s on a quest to win the championship of their men’s adult recreational basketball league. Together they’ll attempt to battle male loneliness, navigate modern masculinity, and ideally shoot better than 26% from three and not be winded by halftime.

Hall, Berg and Solomon executive produce the project.
