The neighbor of King of the Hill actor Jonathan Joss has been indicted for his murder.

Sigfredo Ceja Alvarez , 57, was indicted on one count of murder by a grand jury in connection with Joss' fatal shooting, according to Bexar County court records obtained PEOPLE . Ceja Alvarez was previously arrested on a first-degree murder charge in June and was released on a $200,000 bond, KTBC reported.

Joss' husband, Tristan Kern de Gonzales , publicly claimed that the attack was a targeted homophobic attack, rather than stemming from a disagreement among neighbors turning deadly, which police initially claimed before backpedaling.
