DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG) - Major League Baseball will return to the Field of Dreams in 2026.

MLB announced the Phillies and Twins will play a game at the Field of Dreams movie site in Iowa next August. The game will stream on Netflix as part of new broadcast agreements also announced on Thursday.

2026 will be the third edition of the Field of Dreams game for the MLB. The first game featured the Chicago White Sox and New York Yankees in 2021 and then the Chicago Cubs played the Cincinnati Reds in 2022.

The series has been on hold as the grounds underwent renovation , including adding a new youth baseball and softball complex and a renovated stadium to host the MLB game.
