CIRCLEVILLE — A Circleville man is facing multiple charges after a bizarre and chaotic incident on August 30, during which police say he entered a stranger’s vehicle while unclothed, forced his way into a residence, and damaged property.
According to Circleville Police, officers were dispatched around 9:12 p.m. to a report of an incident in progress at a North Court Street address in the Elseas mobile home community. When officers arrived, they found Bradley Logan , who had removed his clothing, sitting inside a vehicle that did not belong to him.
The vehicle’s owner, a woman who lives at the residence, told officers she discovered Logan inside her car. When she confronted him, police say Logan shoved past her and forced his way into her trailer. The victim physically removed Logan f
