Ira Mittelman has resurfaced. Mittelman made his Central Arkansas chef-owner debut a decade ago with a restaurant on North Little Rock’s Park Hill, and operated one restaurant, briefly in downtown Little Rock. A couple of his attempts to open subsequent operations, one downtown, one in a west Little Rock hotel, went belly up before they came to fruition.
Now he has found a home at 1900 W. Third St., across from the state Capitol in Little Rock, in a building that most recently housed Mexican restaurant Mar y Tierra.
