Franklin Towers, located at 165 Franklin St. in Bloomfield, changed hands from LCL Franklin LLC to Franklin Towers Property Management LLC.
The six-story brick building, constructed in 1928, contains 63 apartments — 56 one-bedroom units, five two-bedroom units and two three-bedroom units.
The apartments feature newly remodeled kitchens with stainless steel appliances, individual heating and cooling systems, hardwood flooring and 9-foot ceilings.
