SOMERSET, Ky. (WYMT) - The Southwestern Lady Warriors are coming off of a 19-12 campaign, in which they fell four points shy to Wayne County of securing the 48th District Championship.
The Lady Warriors will not have any seniors this season, however, they return a close-knit group of juniors, who fill more than half of the roster.
Southwestern graduated leading-scorer, Kinsley Molden, but bring back junior Jaelyn Dye, who was the team’s second-leading contributor last season.
Head Coach Junior Molden says the team is not rebuilding, but reloading.
