Warwick University has issued a statement to its students after an accommodation block went up in flames and multiple fire crews were called out to the scene.
Part of the University of Warwick's halls of residence caught on fire on Wednesday night, November 19. The university has confirmed that there were no injuries due to the blaze and it has been put out.
Footage shared on social media shows one of the accommodation buildings alight as students stand around outside watching the scene unfold. The Arthur Vick 1 block caught fire late in the evening and students were evacuated.
