ITANAGAR, Nov 19: The CAU Regional Agri Fair 2025–26 was inaugurated at the College of Agriculture, Kyrdemkulai, Meghalaya on November 17.

The event was graced by several distinguished dignitaries, including Meghalaya Governor CH Vijayashankar as chief guest; Timothy D Shira, Minister for Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Fisheries and Tourism, Govt of Meghalaya; Kamakhya Prasad Tasa, Member of Parliament; and HC Chaudhary, Principal Secretary to the Governor of Meghalaya.

The function was presided over by Dr Anupam Mishra, Vice Chancellor, Central Agricultural University (CAU), Imphal.
