A fast-moving storm system will slide through the region on Thursday. A few inches of snow could bring controls to Sierra roads, especially south of Highway 50. Valleys will see rain and snow showers. Dry weather will return Friday and hold through next Tuesday. A weak system could bring a few showers Wednesday, with colder weather possibly after Thanksgiving. Stay tuned. -Jeff
