MOORHEAD — About 41% of college students experience food insecurity, according to the most recent Hope Center Student Basic Needs Survey.
Community members can help college students in the region by donating to M State's Fill the Car food drive.
Parked inside Moorhead's M State campus is one of the college's automotive electric cars, ready to be loaded with donations.
Now through Friday, Nov. 21, people can drop off any nonperishable foods, such as peanut butter and canned vegetables or hygiene products, including toilet paper and toothpaste, at any M State campus.
