U.S. Border Patrol Agent Isaiah Hodgson was found dead in his Riverside County home in August, one month after he was arrested for fighting with Long Beach police.
An autopsy made public Tuesday said he died of a cocaine overdose and had been depressed following the arrest.
His family told authorities Hodgson was “not suicidal.” The death was ruled accidental.
