Venkataramani and Solicitor General Tushar Mehta for the Centre, as well as from Opposition-ruled states, including Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh, who opposed the Presidential reference.
