The Mets signed Clay Holmes and Frankie Montas in the offseason, and while Holmes was solid for the Mets, Montas was a disaster. He started the year on the injured list but was terrible upon his return. He had a 6.28 ERA in nine games and the Mets eventually had to move him to the bullpen.
