The Sacramento Superior Court confirms the issue affected jurors scheduled for November 17–21 and may be linked to a third-party vendor that “may not have sent out” mailed notices. The problem was discovered when juror engagement appeared unusually low. The court emailed residents as a backup, is reviewing the vendor’s delivery process, and is verifying tracking information. Residents who missed service because they never received a summons were rescheduled.
