A 19-year-old who died on the M66 after a 'police chase' has been pictured. Kade Hughes tragically died as he crossed the motorway on foot in the devastating incident at the weekend. Following his death, friends returned to the scene at the motorway to set off fireworks in his memory. Read in full here.

Andy Burnham has announced a massive £1bn growth plan for Greater Manchester. The region's mayor and local leaders have come together to agree a new approach to investment aimed at closing Greater Manchester's own north-south divide.
