Kris Statlander is tired of having her worthiness questioned.
The AEW Women’s World champion has spent the last six years in the company trying to prove she is top-of-the-divison worthy, before finally winning its biggest prize.
The 30-year-old Long Island native pinned “Timeless” Toni Storm in a four-way match at All Out in September before defeating her one-on-one a month later at WrestleDream.
Now she may face her stiffest challenge yet as she takes on TBS champion Mercedes Mone at Full Gear at Prudential Center on Saturday (8 p.m., HBO Max/ Prime Video).
