Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi after the latter called him a “skilled and experienced administrator", as the Janata Dal (United) leader took oath for the top office for a record 10th time.
Nitish Kumar took oath as the Chief Minister of Bihar at Patna’s historic Gandhi Maidan on Thursday in the presence of PM Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP national president JP Nadda and several other top leaders of the NDA.
