Several onetime occupants of the Oval Office are expected to be in attendance at former Vice President Dick Cheney's funeral on Nov. 20.
Notably, President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance will not be present at Cheney's funeral, which begins at 11 a.m. ET at Washington National Cathedral.
Cheney, the second-in-command under former President George W. Bush, died at the age of 84 on Nov. 4 following complications from pneumonia and cardiac and vascular disease.
Here's a look at all the former presidents and vice presidents who are expected to be at Cheney's service.

Of the five living former U.S. presidents, at least two are expected to attend.
Who will attend:
- Former President Joe Biden will be at the funeral, a spokesperson confirmed.
- Former President George W. Bush is expected to speak during the service.
Who won't attend:
- Trump will not attend the funeral, the White House confirmed.
- Former President Barack Obama isn't expected to attend.
- He also didn't attend Former Vice President Walter Mondale's funeral in 2021.
- On Cheney's death, Obama acknowledged that they "represented very different political traditions" but said he "respected (Cheney's) life-long devotion to public service and his deep love of country."
- Former President Bill Clinton will not attend due to what a spokesperson described as an unavoidable scheduling conflict. The spokesperson said Clinton is keeping the Cheney family in his prayers.

Of the six living vice presidents, several are expected to attend.

- Former President and Vice President Joe Biden
- Former Vice President Mike Pence
- Former Vice President Kamala Harris

- Former Vice President Al Gore
Who won't attend:
- Vance was not invited to Dick Cheney’s funeral, a source familiar with the matter said.
- The vice president told Breitbart reporter Matthew Boyle on Nov. 19 that he was sending condolences to the Cheney family.
- "My condolences go to Dick Cheney and his family. Obviously, there’s some political disagreements there, but he was a guy who served his country. We certainly wish his family all the best in this moment of grieving," Vance said.
