Several onetime occupants of the Oval Office are expected to be in attendance at former Vice President Dick Cheney's funeral on Nov. 20 .
Notably, President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance will not be present at Cheney's funeral, which begins at 11 a.m. ET at Washington National Cathedral.
Cheney, the second-in-command under former President George W. Bush, died at the age of 84 on Nov. 4 following complications from pneumonia and cardiac and vascular disease.
