WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - A Watertown man is facing multiple charges after an alleged domestic dispute Wednesday at 8:43 AM.
According to the Watertown Police Department, Michael Hibbard is accused of entering a residence without permission and forcibly removing an iPhone 16 Pro from the hands of a woman and pushing her to the ground. Hibbard also allegedly left with the iPhone, making it so that the woman was unable to call the police.
Hibbard is being charged with:
Grand Larceny in the 4th degree
Burglary in the 2nd degree
Harassment in the 2nd degree
Robbery in the 3rd degree
Criminal mischief in the 4th degree
Hibbard was transported to the Public Safety Building in Watertown, where he is being held pending arraignment in CAP Court.
