A plan to build an apartment block in a Solihull street has been revealed.

And Rowood Drive neighbours are now being given the chance to have their say on the plans which would change the face of their street if it gets the green light.

Applicant Ms Kaur originally lodged the application with Solihull Council planners in August.

It is being proposed the block would include four one bedroom apartments above under croft parking on the corner of the Solihull street.
