With no Powerball jackpot winners on Wednesday night — though a winning ticket worth $50,000 was sold in Massachusetts — the prize has rolled to more than $600 million.
The Powerball jackpot now sits at an estimated $629 million with a cash value of $294.5 million as of Nov. 20.
During Wednesday night’s drawing, a ticket that matched four of the first five numbers drawn and the Powerball number was sold in Massachusetts.
That ticket is worth $50,000. The winner bought it at a shop called Skip’s Country Store in Rowley.
The next Powerball drawing will be held at 10:59 p.m. on Saturday.
Tickets cost $2 each and can be purchased at Massachusetts State Lottery retailers across the state until 9:50 p.m. on Saturday.
Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
