Police are investigating an early-morning stabbing in a hotel parking lot Fairhaven, Massachusetts.
Fairhaven police said they responded to a report of a man suffering from a stab wound in the parking lot of a hotel at 110 Middle St. around 1:50 a.m. Thursday.

When officers arrived, they found a 31-year-old man suffering from a non-life-threatening wound to his abdomen. He was transported to St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford for treatment. No update on his condition was immediately available.
Police said individuals who they encountered at the scene were not cooperative with officers during their investigation. While at the scene, police said they arrested one person on an unrelated warrant.
