Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal on Thursday held a series of meetings in Israel aimed at strengthening India–Israel economic cooperation. The visit included high-level discussions with government leaders, industry CEOs and innovators across critical sectors.

Goyal said he had a productive meeting with Israel’s Minister of Finance Bezalel Smotrich, during which the two sides discussed advancing India–Israel trade and investment collaboration. “We discussed advancing India-Israel trade and investment cooperation and tapping emerging opportunities,” Goyal said in a post on X.
