Donald Trump Jr., American businessman and son of US President Donald Trump, visited the Taj Mahal on Thursday. The historic monument in Agra, known globally as one of the most iconic landmarks in the world, was the first stop on his India visit.
Trump Jr. was accompanied by a delegation of 126 special guests representing 40 countries. While Donald Trump and Melania Trump toured the Taj Mahal in 2020 during the former President’s India visit, this is Trump Jr.’s maiden visit to the monument.
Ahead of the high-profile arrival, the local administration conducted extensive sanitation and security preparations along the movement route.
Trump Jr. is expected to stay in India through the weekend to attend a high-profile destination wedding of an Indian American couple in Udaipur, Rajasthan. A
