CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Browns defensive end Alex Wright secured a three-year extension with the team on Thursday.

The contract includes a total value of $33 million, with $21 million guaranteed.

Throughout his four-year career, Wright has 9 sacks, 18 tackles for loss, and nine quarterback hits.

This season, Wright has three sacks and 16 tackles on the season proving to be a bright spot for this Browns defense.

Wright was drafted in 2022 in the third round (78th pick).
